Earth Adventurer - Traveling to Sites Around the Globe

Traveling is a great passion for many people. Most of us can go to exotic places only in our minds, so we like to read and imagine where we might like to go. Others of us actually go to the places we dream about. Whether you are a dreamer, a planner, a tour group tripper, or a globe trotting adventurer, getting out and seeing the world will expand your view of yourself and others around you.

Most of the adventuring that Steve and I have done has actually been across the United States, with a few excursions into the ocean, Mexico, and Canada. We'd love to adventure much further but have not been blessed with the resources to travel as far as we would like. Our children have all been to far more exotic locales than either of us at this point.

We are researching and planning the trips that we want to take now that our children are grown and there are stories to tell to our grandchildren. Our new home is nearly finished, and our first European trip is in the planning stages.

While we research and plan, come along with us. Steve is a teacher and I'm a software engineer. We're putting it all into a form that we can share -- one with another -- and would like to hear your ideas and opinions as well.
